There is a low to medium chance (30% to 60%) some of these showers could become heavy and or thundery near western and hilly areas. A thick plume of Sahara Dust is expected to engulf the Islands from around early evening. Nighttime: Mostly fair and hazy. REMARKS: 1) In the vicinity of heavy showers and or thunderstorms expect gusty winds, street and or flash flooding. 2) Sahara Dust is expected in our atmosphere later today. Persons sensitive to this phenomenon should take the necessary precautions.
