The Trinidad and Tobago Meteorological Service hosted the 2019 Wet Season – Ninth National Climate Outlook Forum (NCOF IX), as part of implementing principles of the Global Framework for Climate Services (GFCS) at the national level. NCOF IX took the format of Community Climate Outlook Forums held as follows:
